there is always a permant free item in the libary just click on the giant book in the book room then click rockhopper and the stowaway then go to the last double sided page of the book and click the bracelet like in the picture show

Hello Penguins!

I hope you’ve all had a chance to check out the new hairstyles that have come to Club Penguin! Wigs are always a fun way to change your look and try new things. For those of you who guessed what it was, nice work! As always, let us know what you think and if you want them to stay past Halloween!

In other news: Sorry about the bug with the Puffles this morning. It has been fixed. Also, some of you have noticed the new emoticon and are wondering why it changed. To be honest, another internet company thought it looked too much like theirs so they asked us to change it. We will all miss the old one, but this new one makes me smile every time I see it. Let us know if there are other emoticons you would like us to add.
